Biotruck Expedition

The Biotruck Expedition is a 12-month project to discover how people around the world are using and generating energy and their attitudes towards carbon emissions. Expedition leader Andy Pagg will be driving a converted minibus using recovered vegetable oil, whilst attempting to emit less than 2 tonnes of CO2 and discovering how other people are cutting their footprint.

agreed to support Biotruck during the construction phase and in record time supplied the high spec
Sirai L340 solenoid valves
needed to convert the engine to run on vegetable oil. Andy Pagg: "The units were packaged in recycled shredded paper, a very holistic approach to waste".
