A growing number of Zoedale’s customers are using our call off stock facility to ensure a guaranteed continuity of supply and product availability. In what is currently an unprecedented situation world-wide, we thought we’d explain a little more about call-off’s for your consideration.

Using our call off stock facility or having a stocking agreement in place, ensures you have a guaranteed delivery when you need it. Zoedale will ensure the correct stock levels are reserved for you in our warehouse for when you need your items. This is simply arranged via an order commitment, and then you can call off stock in various quantities as required. No invoices are raised until dispatch of each “call off”.

Our customers who place call off orders have found that their whole supply chain works more efficiently whilst also helping their cashflow. You will also secure the price for the duration of the call-off and protect against annual supplier price increases. We have agreements in place across our range of products including solenoid valves, electric actuators, pneumatic actuators, actuated packages and butterfly and ball valves.
