Free Beer in August - Zoedale Blog

Free Beer in August

At Zoedale we supply valves and actuators  & solenoid valves to the brewing industry. We're also massive fans of Craft Beer and will be giving away free beer in the month of August!

As self proclaimed beer connoisseurs we want to do our bit for "The Craft Beer Revolution" and will be including 1 free can of beer with every new order over £200 in value.

We have 300 cans of Dead Pony Club from the world renowned BrewDog Brewery. This Californian Pale Ale is 3.8% but still extremely hoppy thanks to the unique blend of Simcoe, Citra and HBC Hops. This is a real summertime session beer and best enjoyed cold sitting in the sun!

Hi – I’m a real fan of BrewDog beers but I thought the third hop in Dead Pony was Mosaic. http://www.brewdog.com/product/dead-pony-club#tabs2

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for the comment. We took our info from the below link where it states Simcoe, Citra and HBC so it must be a discrepancy. Maybe BrewDog can comment

Punk IPA is my favourite Brewdog beer but it's pretty strong! Not tried this one. I need some solenoid valves so will be ordering in August.

Cheers or the Dead Pony Club Zoedale! I really like it, similar to Thornbridge Wild Swan, hoppy and a great "all day" beer.

Hey guys, Bowman fae BrewDog here. Just thought I'd chime in to say that HBC (369) and Mosaic are one and the same. when we first started brewing Dead Pony Club (01/04/12) we got our hands on a really small amount of a new variety, then only known by its breeding code ; HBC 369. HBC stands for Hops Breeding Company, and is the simple coding the organisation use for all of their new breeding projects. Once the hops have been tested and found to be worthy of brewing the company then gives it a slightly catchier name. Roll on Mosaic.

Hope this helps, and thanks for the kind words :)
