Zoedale is pleased to announce that they have become part of the OEM International Group. With Headquarters in Sweden, OEM have a UK base in Leicester, of which Zoedale has worked with for many years. Zoedale is extremely excited about this opportunity for continued growth and to offer our current customers an even wider selection of complimentary products. These include panels, pressure and flow, sensors and safety, motors and machine vision and identification products. Zoedale also has additional expert technical advisors that can be utilised across the two companies enhancing our customer experience.

OEM Automatic Ltd, part of the Swedish OEM International group, has signed an agreement to acquire Zoedale Ltd. Bedford-based Zoedale was founded in 1976 and is a specialist in solenoid valves and valve actuators. Amongst others, Zoedale represents ASCO, Valpes, Omal, Bernard Controls and Peter Paul, which manufacture valves and actuators for various process and industrial applications. It is joining the OEM group to broaden its product offering and to continue to develop its expertise in the pressure and flow sector.

Zoedale has a strong focus on service and technical support and carries extensive stock at the Bedford premises from where the business will continue to operate.
