Statement about COVID-19 Coronavirus


​CORONAVIRUS (COVID19) (Update 05/01/2021)

​​First of all, we hope you are safe and coping well with these challenging times. The situation with COVID19 changes from week to week so we would like to bring you up to date with how this has affected us here at Zoedale and the steps we are taking to keep serving our customers. We are working hard to keep safe but also to keep our business running as usual.

Despite the new nationwide lockdown announced on Monday 4th January 2021, Zoedale is still open for business. 

Most staff members are still working from home but are using online collaboration tools to work successfully with colleagues, customers and suppliers. Our warehouse in Bedford continues to work normal hours, and our stock levels are running above normal to respond effectively to customer demands.

We are using Microsoft Teams and other similar tools to host video calls and hold virtual meetings. We are pleased to say that all of our suppliers and manufacturers are working at normal capacity and our sales team continues to be available to process orders or answer any technical queries.

Zoedale has been following COVID-19 Secure guidelines in order to keep our staff safe and have carried out a comprehensive risk assessment for when our colleagues need to come into the office.
