Pneumatic Actuators and Valves
Explore our range of Pneumatic Actuators
Pneumatic Actuators and Pneumatically Automated valve products from Italian manufacturer OMAL are precision designed, engineered and manufactured to deliver a virtually maintenance-free product with an extremely long life expectancy.
The range includes both scotch-yoke design standard pneumatic actuators in double acting and spring return with torque outputs up to 8,000Nm and Rack and pinion design actuators delivering up to 480Nm.
Pneumatic actuators are available in a variety of flexible options which include stainless steel and carbon steel bodies, manual override handwheels, two stage control operation and various epoxy coatings. There is also option available for both low and high temperature seals which provides certified and tested actuation from -50°C to 150°C.
The range is completed by the heavy duty pneumatic actuator range providing torque outputs to 30,000Nm
Omal’s Pneumatically Automated coaxial valves and Angle seat (piston) valves are available in both double acting and spring return versions and provide the user with fast acting, high flow functionality with low pressure loss. Potential air consumption cost savings of up to 80% compared with its direct alternative product and up to 10 times longer life expectancy make them one of our most popular products.
We hold a large stocks on site for next day delivery. All OMAL actuators and pneumatic valves are available in ATEX versions
