Zoedale Ltd is a major supplier of valves and actuated products to many industries including Anaerobic Digestion & Bio Gas, Oil and Gas, Process Control, Brewing & Beer Metering, Food Production, Water and Medical. Our services are business centric and as such our collection and processing of your personal data is in regard to the fulfilment of our business aims.

We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. This Privacy Notice describes Zoedale Ltd policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data and sets forth your privacy rights. We recognise that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and so we will from time to time update this Privacy Notice as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.

a) Customers

When you become a customer of Zoedale Ltd, we collect information about you including (but not limited to) your name, your employer’s name, your work address and your email address.

We process your personal information to provide you with the product / service you have purchased, undertake standard business functions such as billing, and to inform you of relevant events, content, and other benefits or opportunities. Zoedale Ltd may also use this information to help us understand our customers’ needs and interests, to better tailor our products and services to meet those needs.

b) Live events

Zoedale Ltd host some events throughout the year. These include in-person events like brewery days or educational seminars for example. If you register for one of our events and you are a customer, we will access the information in your customer account to provide you with information and services associated with the event. If you are not a customer and you register for one of our events, we will collect your name and contact information, which we will store in our database(s) and use to provide you with information and services associated with the event.

If you are a presenter at one of our events, we will collect information about you including your name, employer and contact information, and photograph, and we may also collect information provided by event attendees who evaluated your performance as a presenter. We may also make and store a recording of your voice and likeness in certain instances.

We keep a record of your participation in Zoedale Ltd events as an attendee or presenter. This information may be used to provide you with information about other events and publications. It may also be used to help the Zoedale Ltd understand our customers’ needs and interests to better tailor our products and services to meet your needs.

Some of our events are run in conjunction with other companies and partners. Zoedale Ltd provides an attendee list to these parties. c) Publications

Zoedale Ltd offers a great deal of content on our website. In addition to producing original content, Zoedale Ltd also subscribes to news feeds and blogs produced by others, which we often link to from our website.
